Since we offer over 300 unique designs, we recommend placing your order at least 3 to 5 days in advance. For custom wedding cakes or large event orders, 2 weeks' notice is preferred to ensure availability.
Do you offer delivery for fragile cake designs?
Yes, we provide specialized refrigerated delivery services to ensure your cake arrives in pristine condition. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our bakery.
Can I customize the flavors of the designs shown on the website?
Absolutely. While the exterior follows one of our 300+ signature designs, you can choose from a variety of sponges and fillings, including chocolate ganache, vanilla bean, and seasonal fruit preserves.
What is your return or refund policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or design of your cake upon arrival, please contact us immediately for a replacement or store credit.
Do you provide options for dietary restrictions?

How should I store my cake after delivery?
To maintain freshness, we recommend storing your cake in a cool, dry place or refrigerator. For the best flavor and texture, please take the cake out of the fridge 1-2 hours before serving to let it reach room temperature.
